ADB is pleased to announce that the draft guidance notes for the Environmental and Social Standards (ESSs) are now out for public review.
* The guidance notes assist borrowers and clients to understand and apply the policy provisions of each standard.
* They are technical references with no additional policy requirements, and are not mandatory.
