The project launch was attended by distinguished figures including Atty. Jonas R. Leones, Undersecretary, Dept of Environment and Natural Resources and ASOEN Chairperson, Philippines; Ms. Anila Khan, Counsellor at the UK Mission to ASEAN; Mr. S. Siva Kumar, Undersecretary, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability, Malaysia; and H.E. San Lwin, Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community.
