Despite global pledges, we are not on track to halt deforestation. These steps are critical to get back on course:

✅ Countries to recommit to the Nationally Determined Contributions
✅ Businesses to recognize their supply chain impacts
✅ Indigenous Peoples, who sustainably manage large areas of the world’s remaining forests, to be honoured as rightsholders and knowledge holders.

Sustainable forest management rooted in local self-determination and Indigenous knowledge are key to climate and nature solutions.
