We are looking for a Project Manager (Implementation) to help us deliver ambitious, lasting impact on the ground — protecting and restoring forests, supporting rural communities, and partnering with those committed to long-term change.

This is a dynamic role based in Bali, focused on bringing high-quality conservation and restoration projects to life across Southeast Asia. You will be working closely with project developers, NGOs, corporate partners, and local teams to ensure the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the Rimba Collective’s growing project portfolio.

You will also guide our partners through validation under standards like the Climate, Community & Biodiversity Standard (CCBS), strengthen monitoring and reporting systems, and help build the capacity of field teams to deliver real impact where it matters most.
